Adam, do you happen to know if Golubski in particular but any (or all) of the other cops you highlighted were granted protection under Qualified Immunity?

Apologies - I didn’t realize this is actually a fairly complex question. In 2020 a judge made the very rare ruling that Golubski was NOT protected by qualified immunity regarding McIntyre. ...Except then the state of Kansas declined to prosecute him. Nice. )It’s interesting that in the same ruling, the judge said that McIntyre could NOT sue the city.) So now Golubski is being prosecuted under federal charges. On September 19 2022 he filed a motion for summary judgement... and also claimed qualified immunity for each and every charge.
